In the summer of 2024, Ghostlight ETC is transitioning to a new registration and class management solution, JackRabbit Class.
Payment Information:
All families will be using an automatic payment plan through Jackrabbit that bills all accounts on the first of the month (after the first payment).
Your first payment MUST be processed at the time you register to secure your seat (this can be any day, not only the 1st). If you select the class but do not submit the first payment, your registration will be deleted.
All subsequent payments will post to your account approximately 1 week before the 1st of the month and will be processed/charged on the 1st of the month until you have paid the total, all-inclusive tuition cost of $550 for each child in each program.
Different program lengths will result in different totals being charged based on number of available months. Examples of sample payment structures are outlined below:
You must follow the steps to register, make an account, AND ALSO complete your first payment to guarantee your seat in any class.
Initial Setup Tips:
Creating a family account is a one-time process. We HIGHLY recommend you complete this step on a real computer over a phone. Feel free to create your account BEFORE the date registration opens to speed along the process for you on registration day!
To make your account, click on the big, gold button above that says “Create My Family Account” or follow THIS LINK.
Next, it will take you back to the main login screen and ask you to login using the credentials you setup in your registration.
If you didn’t set a password in the first step, never fear! When you get to the login page, click “Forgot Password” to receive an auto email with instructions to reset your password.
Be sure to save these credentials as you will log in the same way every session.
After you create an account, registering and ensuring your seat in a real program after registration for summer programs is open will be a much quicker process.
