• All tickets purchased through Ludus are non-refundable and non-transferrable between performances. Please ensure you are purchasing for the correct show time and cast!

• If you purchase tickets that you no longer need, you are welcome to post them on that show’s ticket group in the Ghostlight App to see if anyone else is in need.

• Students under 13 years of age MUST be accompanied by a legal adult (18+). Children cannot be dropped off to view productions and sit in the audience, unattended, until they are at least 13 years old. For any child under 13, they must be accompanied by an adult 18+. Actions in violation of this policy will result in your tickets being cancelled without refund and all members of the party being removed from the production.

Tickets are the only expense not included in a student’s tuition price. Tickets can be purchased online at www.ghostlightetc.com/tickets approximately a month before performances begin.

• All ticket transactions are conducted through Ludus.

• Ticket purchasers are responsible for placing and managing their own orders, seat selection and payment.

• Tickets are non-transferrable between events.

• Errors made while placing ticket orders are the responsibility of the customer and will not result in a refund provided by Ghostlight ETC.

• We expect that ticket purchasers purchase honestly in regards to the child/student/senior discount. Individuals misrepresenting their party when purchasing tickets may be denied entry.

• For sold-out events, any ticket purchaser who is not checked in at the scheduled start time of a performance is subject to their reservation being canceled and released to individuals in a stand-by line.
