Micki’s love of theatre began when she was a little girl, as outings to the theatre were a special family activity. Since then her passion and love of theatre has grown, and has led her to where she is today. For the last 27 years, she has been a children’s musical theatre director in the western suburbs. There she honed her skills and developed lifelong friendships with students and parents alike.

She is so excited to bring her passion for the arts, love of her students and zest for life to Ghostlight ETC. As the Artistic Director she hopes to create a welcoming, loving environment where all of her students feel they can be who they are and express themselves through theatre. She dedicates every performance to her daughter Abby and encourages all to LLAD - Live Like Abby Doherty!
